How much does each lunch cost?
Each IAR Daily Student Lunch costs $6.00.
How many lunches may I buy at a time?
Parents may purchase 1 to 200 lunches per child in a single payment,
at $6.00 per lunch.
Can I purchase lunches for more than one child?
Yes. If multiple students have active lunch accounts, you can allocate funds
to each child during the same payment.
What happens if my child's lunch account runs low?
The system monitors the account balance and sends a reminder when the balance
reaches the low-balance threshold. Your child will still receive lunch even if
the account has insufficient funds. Please add money as soon as possible.
Can I see my child's current lunch balance?
Yes. The parent portal shows the current lunch account balance for each
active student account.
Can I see the lunch menu?
Yes. The parent portal provides access to the monthly lunch menu.
What payment methods are available?
Online payments are available through the parent portal using PayPal.
Cash or check payments may also be made in the school office.
Is there an additional payment processing fee?
When a payment processing fee applies, it is shown separately from the
lunch amount during the payment process. The $6.00 lunch price remains
clearly identified separately from the processing cost.
Should I prepay for my child's lunches?
Yes. Parents are expected to prepay for their child's lunches by maintaining
sufficient funds in the student's lunch account.
What happens when my child receives a lunch?
When a lunch is served, the applicable $6.00 meal charge
is deducted from the student's prepaid lunch account.
Can I purchase more lunches later?
Yes. You can return to the parent portal and add funds whenever needed,
subject to the 200-lunch per-child limit for each payment.
